At O'Reilly Builders we have successfully undertaken commercial projects encompassing a wide range of tasks. A recent program completed involved installing a new Goods Lift and Accessible toilet in the newly refurbished Theatre Royal Drury Lane to allow Jamie Olivers new restaurant on Catherine street to open while both buildings complied with all building regulations.
Communication was a large factor in the success of the project, coordinating between the theatre team, Jamie Olivers team and our subcontractors to minimise disruption to both businesses while completing the program ahead of schedule .
Residential
O'Reilly Builders Ltd have completed a wide range of residential building projects. This includes work on new builds and refurbishments. We are involved in every stage from planning and design, working closely with Architects and Structural Engineers on a constant basis to implement any day to day changes by the client.
one example of a recent project in Blackheath included a complete refurbishment of the exterior and interior, all in accordance with the desired modern look specified by the client
Adding 2 bedrooms in the loft
3 additional ensuite bathrooms including 'His & Hers' bathrooms/walk in wardrobe
Repointing the exterior for a fresh look
Adding a sprinkler system to the garden with fresh grass laid

Education
O'Reilly Builders Ltd also work on a continual basis with many dioceses on various educational projects. our long term relationships being testament to the care and attention we give to all clients. With the nature of this work demanding strict adherence to safety requirements including full enhanced DBS checks for all staff members and strict deadlines to ensure minimal disruption to school/working life.

NHS &Private Health
O'Reillys Builders Ltd have commissioned many projects for both the NHS and private healthcare sector. New Builds, extensions and renovation in order to expand our healthcare network. We have all necessary training and checks to work with these sensitive sectors, always aiming to minimize disruption to existing surgeries and their staff/patients.
We recently commissioned and completed work at Herne Hill Medical Practice. adding an additional 5 consultation rooms, an extra disabled bathroom and installing undercroft parking on existing ground to maximize the potential of the site for local residents and staff.
Social housing
Working with a range of Social Housing Associations O'Reilly Builders Ltd have completed new builds and renovations. converting old and listed buildings into flats to meet the demand for affordable housing. This includes work for Southern housing Assoc, Haig Housing Trust, The Hyde Group and Wandall housing Assoc to name a few
Our span of work on these projects once again starts from planning all the way through to finishing touches. we ensure we supply the best value for money and always meet budgets and deadline schedules.
One recent example for Wandall housing, we completed the refurbishment of 4 two bedroom flats including the installation of Solar Panels.

Listed Buildings
O'Reilly Builders Ltd has also commissioned work on a variety of listed building from residential to professional. Overcoming obvious challenges to bring a modern look with up to date energy and building regulations while maintaining the original character of the sites.
This includes renovating existing sites such as Grey Coat Hospital a state school which dates back to 1698. works here included repainting the exterior including two original statues which we restored to their former glory amongst other internal work.
we understand requirements and work within these to complete works including adding sash windows to a listed home in Sandwich.
Energy Efficency
An increasing area of focus amongst all of our projects is energy efficiency. With the UK committed to becoming Net-Zero by 2050 and an increasing focus on energy prices, at O'Reilly Builders Ltd we aim to stay ahead of the curve employing a range of building techniques and technologies to meet those goals.

Installing insulation such as Passive Purple internally and externally to reduce heat leakage.
Fitting external Air source heat pumps, which use external heat to warm a building through vapor-compression refrigeration.
